Remote Support

Using remote software you access through a website, we are able to remotely connect your Mac or PC and repair many issues without the need to bring your computer into our office or us having to come to you. This enables us to quickly and efficiently assess your issues and take immediate corrective action. Please note: There is a service fee for remote repair. This service is included with a MyTSD contract.
