Helpdesk

The Support Department offers a fully staffed helpdesk available to our customers. Monitored by qualified employees with ability to remotely connect to your PC, Mac, and Linux we can fix many issues without the time and inconvience of an onsite visit.

Customers may enter a ticket in by emailing helpdesk@supportdept.com or by going to http://helpdesk.supportdept.com/ and entering a ticket.

If a non MyTSD Customer has a ticket that can not be answered via the helpdesk and require a technician to fix the problem. There will be a 45 dollar charge for a remote support session. There is no charge for MyTSD Customers as this included in their solution.
